Please note that if you have redeemed a gift with purchase, you are obligated to return the gift along with your qualifying items otherwise your return will not be accepted. REFUNDS & EXCHANGES: 1. Fill out the return form and attach the prepaid mailing label to the outside of your package. Make sure samples and promotional items are included. 2.
